Resident Appreciation Month
“The Legends staff would like to say, we love our residents in so many ways
Without all of you we would just be Eight jobless friends with no money
It’s because of you that we are now eight close friends with the best job in town
Thank you so much for giving to us your valued residency and your trust
To show our thanks, we’d like to do a few special things just for you”
-Report Card Prize – Kids may bring in their report cards and receive a prize for each A & B (1 time per child throughout the entire month)
-Bring in your pet for a treat bag & photo (1 time per pet throughout the entire month) Then, in December, residents may vote for the cutest pet for $1. The winner will receive a gift basket & all proceeds will go to the Catawba County Humane Society.
-Coffee/ Hot Tea/ Hot Chocolate Tuesdays
-Trash Pick Up Thursdays 9am-10am (Please put trash out in the morning, not the evening before)

-Book Exchange in Office
-Pest Control on Tuesdays (call to be added to the schedule)
-Check the calendar for fitness schedule and new classes
-Clubhouse available to rent for your holiday parties
-Furnished Corporate apartment available to rent on a nightly basis for your guests

Gift of Food
Food Drive
As the holidays approach, now more than ever is when we need non-perishable food donations for our annual food drive. The donation box is located in the office and donations are made to local food banks and churches as often as possible. Please help us feed the hungry!

Thank You
A warm thank you to all of our residents & vendors who donated and participated in the breast cancer fund raising pool party for The Legends’ own Stephanie Rice. We raised close to $700 to help reach her personal goal! Please continue to help find the cure to end women’s breast cancer!
